Legal advice
As tax advisors, in certain areas we also perform tasks that typically fall within the scope of a business lawyer, for example in connection with the incorporation of limited liability companies (LLCs) as well as the drafting and review of contracts (e.g. articles of association, incorporation agreements, purchase agreements, real estate contracts or lease agreements).
However, classic legal matters do not fall within our scope of services, in particular the handling of employment disputes or the legal review of general terms and conditions (GTC) and similar matters. Due to the complexity of legal issues and the different specializations of lawyers and their firms, we are therefore neither able nor willing to provide specific recommendations.
We recommend conducting your own research, for example via Google or AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini – if appropriate, also specifically searching for lawyers in South Tyrol.
